• Basic understanding of how to work with clients and the A&D community.

• Develop furniture block plans, space plans, finish palettes, furniture specifications, drawings (including installation drawings) and renderings for new projects, bids, and reconfigurations.

Education, Experience, Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited (4) year university, architectural, or interior design school

Accounting Assistant:

Position Overview:

The Accounting Assistant works under the supervision of the Accounting Manager in CWC’s Accounting Department. The Specialist will record client payments ensuring the payments are accurate and communicate with customers to ensure all issues are resolved. This role has the potential for growth within the accounting department.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Post all customer checks & lockboxes to the appropriate invoices.
  • Research and post all ACH and Wire activity.
  • Responsible for daily cash reconciliation spreadsheet.
  • Prepare daily receipt & disbursement reports by accessing bank information online and updating Excel reports for management.
  • Post all credit card payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies on accounts for refunds or adjustments.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with collection calls as needed
  • Provide support to the Billing department

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College courses in Accounting preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in Cash Applications role.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; experienced in MS Outlook.
  • Experience in Adobe/PDF.
  • Experience in QuickBooks.
  • Responds in a timely manner to all client inquiries.
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting principles.

Position Summary:

The Driver/Furniture Installer will load, unload and install office furniture products. Driver will transport products from CWC’s warehouse for delivery and installation at our customer sites. Must follow all safety procedures and take all precautions to prevent product damage.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a 26ft. box truck following all safety rules and driving laws.
  • Adhere to daily route determined by Operations Route Scheduler & Supervisor.
  • Load, unload, and install office furniture as desks, files, chairs, and other items at client locations.
  • Measure, install, and repair products at customer sites.
  • Maintain original paperwork on each delivery/job and submit this daily.
  • Learn and understand the correct application and use of the products you are handling.
  • Contact Supervisor immediately if involved in an accident.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass or have DOT license.
  • Has acceptable driving record (motor vehicle record).
  • Ability to drive CWC trucks and vans using Company safety program.
  • Ability to lift and move furniture, boxes, and equipment - 50+ lbs.
  • Must have the following tools:
  • Toolbox
  • 12V Battery Powered Drill with a backup battery
  • Phillips, star and square drill bits
  • ¼ “& 3/8 “adaptor for sockets in drill
  • Allen Wrench set
